Operations Program Manager, Ecommerce [83125]

We’re seeking an ecommerce professional to support our client’s team. The company specializes in financial services that support marketplace sellers and drive business growth. This role is based remotely and is classified as contract extend. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational initiatives within a dynamic financial products environment.

* 3-4 days in office (Hoboken)

* $60-$70/hr W2

* 6 month contract extend (possible convert to perm)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee seller onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficient execution.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis and feedback.
• Monitor key performance indicators and lead reviews to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate across teams to develop strategies for business growth and efficiency.
• Resolve complex operational issues independently, implementing innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation to standardize seller wallet operations and reduce cycle times.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk/Compliance, and Support to triage escalations, prioritize fixes, and ensure operational readiness for new launches.
• Build and deliver executive-ready reporting and narratives (dashboards, insights, and recommendations) to communicate performance, risks, and next-step actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B payments, fintech, or eCommerce sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and effective communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across teams and manage ambiguity effectively.
