South Brand Implementation Program Coordinator [83132]

We’re partnering with our client to find a talented South Brand Implementation Program Coordinator to support a healthcare organization’s brand transformation. This remote role is classified as temp and is expected to last over one year. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a high-visibility project that will shape regional branding initiatives.

South Brand Implementation Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the brand implementation team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and taking notes.
• Assist in tracking project budgets, vendor documentation, and organizing files related to implementation efforts.
• Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and progress trackers to support regional projects.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and logistics among cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.

South Brand Implementation Program Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administration, preferably within healthcare, marketing, or nonprofit sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in fast-paced environments.
