Position Details:

* On-Site, 35 hours per week
* School Year: 2026-2027
Qualifications:
* Valid Illinois State LBS1 Teaching Certification for Special Education.
* Experience working within inclusive or specialized classroom settings.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's needs.
* Collaborate with general education staff and support teams to design inclusive lesson plans.
* Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Manage classroom behavior and facilitate social skill development.
* Communicate regularly with families and support staff regarding student development.
