We’re currently seeking a part-time, in-person Occupational Therapist to support a school in Norfolk County, MA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 12/4/2026 - may extend
• Location: Norfolk County, MA
• In-person, 19-20 hours per week
• School Year: 2026-2027

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services to children.
• Ability to provide in-person services within a preschool program across two on-site locations/buildings.
• Working knowledge of services and documentation tied to IEP and/or 504 supports, a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with school staff and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned to student learning and functional participation needs.
• Support development of fine motor and classroom-access skills using age-appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Recommend and implement adaptations, tools, or strategies to improve student access and independence in school routines.
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to carry over strategies within classroom environments.
• Evaluate needs, track progress toward plan goals, and maintain required documentation.
