Job Summary & Responsibilities The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Intern will support the EHS team in promo􀆟ng a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. This internship provides hands-on experience in safety audits, environmental compliance, incident investigations, safety data sheets, and EHS training. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about real-world EHS practices. Key Responsibilities:  Assist with safety inspections and audits across the facility or worksite.  Help maintain EHS documenta􀆟on, including training records, safety data sheets (SDS), and inspection logs.  Participate in incident investigations and help identify root causes and corrective actions.  Support the implementation of safety and environmental initiatives (e.g., recycling programs, PPE compliance, waste disposal).  A􀆩end and assist with safety meetings and toolbox talks.  Conduct research on regulatory changes and best practices.  Contribute to the development of EHS training materials and signage.  Perform data entry and reporting for key safety and environmental metrics. Qualifications  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.  Basic understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations is a plus.
