Title: Workforce Development Coordinator
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)
Job Summary:
The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, scheduling, and delivering company Training Programs for new hires across production departments. Oversees classroom instruction, hands-on learning, safety and compliance modules, and specialized trade training (assembly, electrical, welding). Coordinates instructors, tracks trainee progress, manages documentation, and ensures alignment with company culture.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and update training materials, assessments, and certifications.
- Coordinate internal/external trainers for blueprint reading, conflict resolution, and safety courses.
- Track completion, performance, and attendance through HR systems.
- Partner with Production, Safety, and HR to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Facilitate onboarding and culture orientation for new hires.
- Continuously improve the training program using feedback and production metrics.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Technology, HR, or Organizational Development preferred.
- 3–5 years experience in manufacturing training, technical instruction, or workforce development.
- OSHA-10/30, Lean Manufacturing, or Train-the-Trainer certification desirable.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organization skills.
