Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to develop scalable Power Platform solutions
- Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, Desktop flows, and Business Process flows
- Configure Dataverse tables and manage data models
- Develop and support Power Pages portals
- Work within Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
- Create technical documentation and maintain platform governance best practices
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile development practices including sprint planning and execution
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automations
- 5 years of experience in SaaS and/or PaaS environments
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
- 4 years of experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model Driven) and Power Automate
- 4 years working with Dataverse, SharePoint, and backend data integrations
- 4 years developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows
- 4 years of experience with Power Pages portals
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
- 2 years of experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and PowerApps portals
