The Senior Business Analyst will support the implementation and enhancement of a Field Services Timesheet / Time Tracking system, working directly with business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT resources. This role includes requirements gathering, documenting business processes, supporting solution design, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful rollout and adoption of the solution. The analyst will provide direction, oversight, and validation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the system meets business objectives and operational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate current time tracking and field services processes
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and operational teams
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and user stories
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business needs
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams during implementation
- Identify process gaps and recommend optimization and standardization opportunities
- Support testing, validation, and UAT efforts
- Assist with rollout planning, change management, and user support
- Provide ongoing status reporting and project documentation
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience (Senior-Level)
- Strong expertise with Timesheet / Time Tracking system implementations
- Required experience with Field Services Timesheets domain
- Proven ability to work in client-facing environments
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Experience working in structured project environments
