Job Summary

The Director, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities provides strategic and operational leadership for all facilities and real estate activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide real estate, facilities, and physical security strategies that support business objectives, regulatory compliance, employee experience, and member service delivery. The Director oversees a team and partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure facilities are safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with OnPoint’s values and long-term strategy.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a multi-year real estate and facilities strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all corporate and branch facilities operations, maintenance, and space planning.
  • Oversee real estate portfolio management including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Lead planning and execution of construction, renovation, and relocation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain facility design, branding, safety, and space standards across all locations.
  • Direct physical security strategy including access control, surveillance, alarms, and coordination of incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, environmental, and accessibility requirements.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets related to facilities, real estate, and security.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor relationships, including performance and cost controls.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of staff member, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, HR, Legal, and Operations to align facilities with business needs.
  • Additional projects, responsibilities, or other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, and physical security.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, or property management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments preferred.

Job Conditions

  • Regular travel to branch and administrative office locations required.
  • Office and branch-based work environment.
  • In-office work environment, potential for hybrid work schedule.
