Responsibilities
Personal Assistance
Scheduling doctor, dentist, hair and other appointments
Researching and identifying in-network healthcare providers
Managing calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
Creating weekly meal plans
Building grocery orders for approval and purchase
Coordinating personal errands
Travel research and planning when needed
Helping organize family schedules and household logistics
Social Media & Networking Support
Scheduling and publishing social media content
Repurposing content across multiple platforms
Monitoring comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
Assisting with LinkedIn networking and relationship management
Helping maintain a consistent online presence
Researching networking opportunities, groups, podcasts, and events
Organizing contact lists and follow-up reminders
Assisting with light content creation using AI tools
General Administrative Support
Email organization
Creating simple documents
Following up on outstanding tasks and action items
Identifying and presenting solutions rather than simply reporting problems
