Position Overview
This role will work directly under the Senior Creative Strategist and support a variety of creative initiatives across digital advertising, product launches, packaging, retail, eCommerce, trade shows, and brand development.
You’ll help create the visual engine behind product campaigns, paid advertising, Amazon A content, retail visuals, eCommerce creative, packaging systems, and national brand initiatives across multiple platforms.
This role requires someone who understands how all those touchpoints connect together into one cohesive brand experience. You won’t just be making graphics; you will help shape how customers experience T-H Marine everywhere they encounter us.
Key Responsibilities
- Create:
- Paid advertising creative
- Amazon A modulesand storefront assets
- Website and eCommerce graphics
- Packaging and labels
- Product launch materials
- Tradeshow graphics
- Presentation decks
- Sales collateral
- Prepare production-ready artwork files for print
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and retail initiatives
- Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to improve speed and efficiency
- Maintain organized creative assets and brand consistency
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Product Development, and Sales teams
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio across digital and print design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and production design
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Amazon A Content and eCommerce design
- Amazon Creative AI Studio experience
- Paid advertising creative
- Packaging production
- AI-assisted creative workflows
- Outdoor, retail, marine, or lifestyle brand experience
