Service Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! As a sales administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties (Most Important to Least Important) |
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. |
Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling. |
Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed. |
Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs. |
Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders.

Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed. |
Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner. |
Any other duties as assigned. |
SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
