Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive business support by resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems and track sales activities.
