Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally.

Duties

• Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
• Engage customers through calls and follow-ups
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively
• Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally
