Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Support
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Issue Resolution
- Identify customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Documentation & Reporting
- Record customer interactions and update information in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions
- Report recurring issues or feedback to management
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and other departments
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Contribute to improving customer service processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred (not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, data entry)
