Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to increase sales
- Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience
Billing & Cash Handling
- Process transactions accurately using cash, card, or digital payment methods
- Handle billing, receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance the register
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Store Operations
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numerical and cash-handling abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office)
