What are the responsibilities and job description for the Female Spa Attendant position at OneSpaWorld?
Female Spa Attendant (Part-Time) — Mandara Spa
Female spa attendant is required to work in the female locker room
Where Balinese healing tradition meets world-class hospitality
Mandara Spa's story began on the spiritual island of Bali, where the healing arts are passed down through generations — parent to child, tradition to practice. Blending that ancestral knowledge with refined European techniques, we've grown into a global spa brand found in some of the world's most desirable resort destinations. Every Mandara Spa location is unique, shaped by the culture it calls home, but each shares the same promise: genuine guest care, a deep respect for the healing arts, and a spirit of generosity in everything we do.
About the Role
As a part-time Spa Attendant, you set the tone for every guest's visit — from a warm check-in and thoughtful orientation to a spa environment that feels calm, clean, and cared for. You'll help create the sense of rest and relaxation Mandara Spa is known for, supporting guest retention and contributing directly to treatment and retail sales across the Mandara Resort Division. This role offers flexible, part-time hours — a great fit if you're looking for meaningful work without a full-time commitment.
What You'll Do
- Complete a hands-on training program within your first 30 days, building full command of our Elemis and Mandara signature services
- Develop deep knowledge of our services and products, and share that knowledge to help guests choose what's right for them
- Deliver the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back
- Keep linens, towels, and beverages clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- [Additional duties — let me know what else belongs here]
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
- Willingness to complete our signature-service training program
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a well-kept environment
- A team-oriented, dependable approach to the job
Why Join Mandara Spa
You'll be part of a global spa brand rooted in an ancient healing tradition, with real opportunity to grow — many of our treatment-side team members start as attendants. If you take pride in creating a space where guests feel instantly at ease, we'd love to meet you.
