Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Hammond, IN 46320
Pay: $77/hr.
Duration: 07/13/26 - 12/31/26 (possible extension)
Setting: Primary/Occupational health employee clinic
Schedule: Approx. 40 hours weekly, Tuesday through Friday
Tuesday, Wednesday: 9 am - 7 pm
Thursday, Friday: 6 am - 4 pm
Qualifications
Primary care, urgent care, occupational health, emergency room, or experience in a similar setting is preferred
EPIC EMR experience is a plus
Active Nurse Practitioner License in Indiana
Active BLS from AHA or willing to obtain it post-offer
This role may need the provider to have dispensing licensure and privileges
Must have a clean background
Salary : $77
