Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Columbus, IN 47201
Pay: $77/hr.
Duration: ASAP to 09/07/26 (possible extension)
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Tuesday through Friday, with four 10-hour shifts.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM
Saturday rotation: Every 4-6 weeks, 8 AM – 12 PM
Setting: Primary/Occupational health employee clinic
Overview: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a primary care center providing both acute and chronic care. The provider must be comfortable seeing patients ages 2 and up, performing well-woman exams, and handling minor procedures. .
Qualifications
Primary care, urgent care, occupational health, emergency room, or experience in a similar setting is preferred
EPIC EMR experience is a plus
Active Nurse Practitioner License in Indiana
Active BLS from AHA or willing to obtain it post-offer.
Must have a clean background
