Responsibilities Work Zillow Preferred Seller opportunities and team-generated leads Serve buyer clients while actively transitioning into seller conversations Run appointments with coaching and structured support Develop listing skills through real-world experience Collaborate with experienced agents and leadership
Requirements Active Connecticut real estate license (required) Current experience working with buyer clients Coachable, self-motivated, and open to accountability Eager to grow into a listings-based business with team support
Compensation Benefits $48,000 – $196,000 annually Commission performance bonuses Flexible, self-directed schedule Ongoing training and coaching included Full team support (no solo-agent overhead)
