What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at Real Estate Office?
Busy, real estate office is looking for full time addition to our team. Candidate must be a New London County or Westerly RI resident, and able to work in a fast paced, professional environment. We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:
- Able to work well independently and with initiative
- Possess EXCELLENT attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Possess EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Reliable and professional, EMPATHETIC
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Local driving required
- Will be required to have or obtain a real estate license
If that describes you, we are looking for real estate agents who are willing to work with buyers and provide them with the highest level of service in purchasing a home. Your hours would be flexible but a full time commitment to the position would be required.
Previous experience in real estate preferred, but not required.
