What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA therapy programs
- Review treatment data and monitor client progress
- Modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as needed
- Support ABA therapists implementing individualized treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing case review and clinical collaboration
- Ensure consistency and quality across treatment implementation
- Communicate regularly with therapists, families, and clinical team members
- $75–$90 per hour based on experience
