In Home ABA Therapist – Part Time Afternoon Cases

Looking for a part time ABA role with a steady schedule and consistent cases?

One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide one on one ABA therapy to children in East Brunswick, Monroe, South River, and surrounding areas. This position is best suited for candidates with prior ABA experience who are comfortable working within structured treatment plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Use evidence based ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, and shaping
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and complete detailed session notes
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding progress and program adjustments
