You'll work directly with children while receiving ongoing support from experienced BCBAs in a structured and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Deliver skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Utilize ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Collect data and complete detailed session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and program updates
- $22–$32 per hour based on experience
- Consistent after school caseloads
- Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship
- Structured ABA programs with clear clinical direction
- Opportunities to continue building ABA and behavioral health experience
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA, Behavior Technician, or RBT experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
