- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Use play based and structured ABA techniques to teach new skills
- Support communication, behavior reduction, and daily living skills
- Collect data and complete session notes after each session
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure consistent progress

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.)
- RBT certification is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Patient, dependable, and motivated
- ABA Therapists or Behavior Technicians seeking part time work
- College students in psychology, education, or related fields
- Paraprofessionals or aides looking to transition into ABA
- Anyone interested in working with children with autism
- Previous ABA therapy or behavior technician experience
- Background in special education or early intervention
