ABA Therapist – Part Time (Steady After School Caseload)

Looking for a part time ABA role where you can work with consistent cases and actually see progress over time?

One Step Forward is hiring experienced ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide one on one ABA therapy to children in Morristown, Cedar Knolls, and surrounding areas. This role is best suited for candidates who already have hands on ABA experience and are comfortable implementing structured programs independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Use evidence based ABA strategies (prompting, reinforcement, shaping)
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and complete detailed session notes
• Collaborate with supervisors to adjust programming as needed
