ABA Therapist – After School Caseload (Part Time)

Looking for a part time ABA role where your experience is valued and put to use?

One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide one on one ABA therapy to children. This position is best suited for candidates who already have hands on experience implementing ABA programs and are comfortable working independently within a structured plan.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Use evidence based ABA strategies, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and complete detailed session notes
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure clinical progress
