Operations Manager – Turbine Maintenance & Rotating Equipment
Location: Cabinda, Angola (Rotational Role)

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead turbine maintenance and rotating equipment services in Cabinda, Angola.
This role is responsible for managing service delivery to an Operator, ensuring operational excellence, reliability, and full compliance within a rotational, site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations and maintenance of turbine and rotating equipment
- Ensure delivery of services in line with contractual and Operator requirements
- Act as the primary interface with the Operator and key stakeholders
- Drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop site-based technical teams
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in turbine maintenance and rotating equipment
- Proven operational leadership within a service delivery environment
- Experience working in Angola or similar markets is preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in rotational and site-based conditions
Certifications (Advantageous)
- OEM turbine training or certification
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
- Vibration Analysis certification (ISO 18436)
- Reliability certification (CMRP or equivalent)
- ATEX / CompEx certification
