Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revenue Coordinator/Dispatcher based in Houston, TX, reporting to the Revenue Manager. This position involves optimizing schedules, coordinating dispatch activities, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include managing revenue tracking, monitoring logistics workflows, and maintaining open communication with internal teams and external clients. The role also involves managing scheduling issues, resolving conflicts efficiently, and providing excellent customer support while working partially from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Logistics Coordination, Dispatch Management, and Workflow Optimization
- Skills in Revenue Tracking, Invoice Management, and Financial Accuracy
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service abilities
- Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., scheduling or logistics software)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent Experience) in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
