Role Description
One Lift Partners is seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Billing Coordinator will manage day-to-day billing processes, including preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring the integrity of billing systems. The role involves working closely with various teams to address billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and generating billing reports to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
- Proven Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish, English) is beneficial
