Position Summary
The Client Care Representative ensures every customer interaction reflects the high standards of service and professionalism our company is known for. This role is responsible for scheduling service and sales appointments, maintaining customer communication, supporting dispatch operations, and achieving key call center performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer communications using company-approved scripting and service standards
- Schedule service and sales appointments while maximizing booking opportunities
- Promote ancillary products and services to support company goals and customer needs
- Perform outbound calls as directed to support service demand and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the database system
- Assist in managing and renewing maintenance agreement memberships
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, invoicing, and equipment service
- Enter and manage service calls while supporting dispatch operations as needed
- Follow up with customers to schedule preventative maintenance appointments
- Review completed service work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in company-sponsored training and ongoing professional development
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently through strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Geographic knowledge of the service area and/or map reading ability preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a computer and phone system
- Strong auditory and visual ability to utilize call management systems and communications equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations professionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours when needed
