- Deliver high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation on newer residential HVAC systems to company standards.
- Build strong customer rapport and turn complex findings into simple, actionable choices—presenting multiple options and clearly explaining trade-offs.
- Commission systems: test for leaks at pipe and tubing joints with pressure gauges or soap-and-water methods; validate electrical continuity with proper meters.
- Diagnose and replace faulty components, equipment, and wiring.
- Own complete installs of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Guide an Assistant Installation Technician—verify quality, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure total satisfaction.
- 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience (5 preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and current EPA Certification.
- Background with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 lbs.
- Proficiency: HVAC Service & Installation.
