Behavioral Health Provider

One Health in Sheridan, Wyoming, is looking for a Wyoming-Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Wyoming-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Wyoming-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our clinical team. In this position, you'll participate in a multi-disciplinary, team-based patient care model. You will be evaluating and treating patients (including walk-ins) within your licensed scope of practice; evaluating and treating mental illness and substance abuse, treating or appropriately referring patients for specialty evaluation and treatment, providing preventive health/lifestyle advice and case management, and providing consultation to other members of the care team. This is a full-time, in-person position in Sheridan.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hrs./week

Compensation: $81,935-$92,599/yr., DOE

Availability: Monday - Friday

Education/Certificates/Licenses

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Master's Social Work (MSW) and licensed in the State of Wyoming as an LCSW, OR
• Master's in Counseling and licensed in the State of Wyoming as an LPC, OR
• Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy or related Master's degree and licensed in the State of Wyoming as an LMFT
• Experience with individual therapy and treatment plans
• BLS Certification upon hire
• Valid driver's license

• Two (2) years community health experience
• Two (2) years of experience as a behavioral health provider
