What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue & Financial Insights
- Own and enhance revenue recognition models across multiple practices
- Analyze trends in revenue, reserves, contractual adjustments, and reimbursement
- Identify opportunities to improve predictability, performance, and financial visibility
- Partner closely with Accounting and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Lead Financial Modeling & Forecasting
- Build sophisticated financial models that support strategic planning and growth
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Perform scenario analysis, profitability modeling, and operational forecasting
Influence Executive Decision-Making
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Present insights related to revenue, margins, productivity, payer mix, and operational trends
- Support strategic initiatives through data-driven storytelling and analysis
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with physician and operational leadership on productivity and performance analytics
- Support initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and operational improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, RCM, and Practice Operations teams
Help Build Scalable Processes
- Support optimization of Adaptive Planning and FP&A reporting tools
- Assist with month-end close analytics and revenue reconciliations
- Help standardize reporting across a growing multi-site healthcare platform
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required, MBA or CPA is a plus, but not required
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, healthcare finance, or related field
- Healthcare or physician practice experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Experience with multi-site or multi-entity financial analysis preferred
- Familiarity with RVU productivity metrics, payer mix analysis, and encounter analytics
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems preferred
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and proactively solve problems
