Position Description
One by One Ministries is a non-profit Christian mentoring ministry for new and expectant moms.
The Office Administrator provides support to the Executive Director, staff and volunteers with administrative tasks. The Office Administrator is responsible for office management, volunteers, printing and curriculum.
This is a full-time, M-F, 40 hrs/wk, in office position that reports to the Executive Director. Health/vision/dental insurance options available; paid time off for vacation and sick time.
Office Management
· Provide general administrative office support to include customer service, answering phone, responding to emails in a timely manner & making copies.
· Responsible for tracking and ordering office supplies and keeping office well-organized.
· Compile training materials and curriculum, and distributing to staff/volunteers as requested.
· Assist with trainings and/or special events as needed.
· Check mail box regularly, process and distribute mail to appropriate staff.
· Assist with copying checks and making bank deposits as needed.
· Manage mailings and shipping accounts for all office needs.
· Keep records of inventory, passwords and processes up-to-date and accessible.
· Process forms received and manage data entry of CoAction Net and other software as available, and generate appropriate reports as required.
· Recruit, train and manage office volunteers as needed.
· Manage background check system and volunteer login system for the ministry’s staff and volunteers.
· Oversee printing to include curriculum, brochures, reports and materials as required.
· Act as purchasing agent for ministry in the area of office and printing supplies for the ministry.
· Assists ED with tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
· Minimum two years of office experience.
· Education: BA or appropriate office experience.
· Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to implement new systems that keep a small office running smoothly.
· Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
· Ability to handle confidential matters and financial duties with integrity and sensitivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,500.00 per year
