Position: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments.

Deliver safe, compassionate care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and perform clinical duties such as wound care, drain management, and pain control.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications
Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
Key Duties & Skills: Provide direct patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and uphold standards of care in a hematology/oncology unit including chemotherapy, radiation, and end-of-life care.
