- Deliver safe, compassionate care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and perform clinical duties such as wound care, drain management, and pain control.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
