- 1-3 years of work experience
- Basic knowledge about computers, Microsoft programs, and SAP preferred
- High mechanical aptitude and ability
- Physical ability to work at heights and in confined/enclosed areas
- Safely operate all equipment for loading and unloading rail cars, boats, and trucks
- Communicate with Terminal Managers, customers, sales personnel, trucking firms, and suppliers
- Carry out tasks related to loading/unloading material
- Operate and conduct general maintenance on mobile equipment
