- 2-4 years industrial maintenance experience
- Welding Certification preferred
- Knowledge of overall cement plant operations or comparable heavy industrial environment preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Perform inspection, root cause failure analysis, and repairs of mechanical systems
- Repair equipment such as fans, conveyors, and other material handling equipment
- Respond to call-outs during non-work hours as needed
- Participate in training programs to acquire/broaden job skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
