- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 7 years of operations/production-related management experience in the construction materials or a related industry; or 10 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Google mail and Microsoft Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment
- Master's degree preferred
- Drive employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, employee retention and satisfaction
- Work directly with the Plant Manager on the development of overall objectives and long-range goals
- Provide direction and oversight to managers to achieve business objectives
- Support the region in achieving overall P&L targets by identifying improvement opportunities
- Conduct operations reviews to assess all cost drivers that impact financials
