• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success, customer experience, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer success management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis to monitor customer health and satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks to customer satisfaction.
