Job Title: Service Desk
Job Duration: 6 months contract – possibility to extend
Job Location: Onsite – Golden Valley, MN
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 support for walk up and over the phone.
- Manage and track incidents in ServiceNow.
- Support Cisco Webex calling and contact center functionality. Our client recently transitioned from on-prem Cisco to Cisco Webex Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft and Google Workspace environments (Teams, Google Meet, etc.) since they support and build data centers for both.
- Hardware support – primarily Lenovo, 25-30% Dell devices.
- Strong customer service – approachable.
Must have requirements:
- 1 year of IT Support experience.
- ServiceNow.
- Microsoft environment support – more hardware than software but still both required.
- Personality/culture: outgoing, confident, eye contact, volume, conviction.
Preferred:
- Cisco Webex Calling
- Google Workspace
- Lenovo and Dell hardware
The projected hourly range for this position is $25-28/hr.
