On Deck Sports is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Support team in Randolph, MA. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our continued success by handling inbound calls and leads and all other support functions for our sales staff and customers.
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Work with assigned sales representatives to handle all customer inquiries
· Handle inbound phone calls and emails for assigned customer categories
· Perform thorough research, assessment, and distribution of sales leads
· Handle returns process with customers and vendors
· Prepare freight quotes as needed and assist with freight claims and warranty issues
· Assist with review and processing of orders
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
· Agility and flexibility required in a fast-paced, small business
· High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
· Ability to research and analyze information efficiently
· 1 - 2 years of customer service experience preferred
· MS Office Suite
· Experience with CRM software – NetSuite preferred
· Must be able to proficiently navigate multiple computer programs and web-based interfaces while speaking with a customer
