What You’ll Do
This role blends customer service with order coordination. You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process and manage customer orders in internal systems
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams
- Provide updates on order status, timelines, and changes
- Assist with quotes, order adjustments, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using systems like Excel, CRM, or ERP platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in manufacturing or order processing
- Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings
