The Cognitive Therapy Trainer leads in-person therapy designed to enhance the cognitive skills of patients. This role focuses on delivering practical training on therapy techniques and monitoring progress, with an emphasis on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person therapy sessions for patients
- Demonstrate cognitive therapy techniques to patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient's progress throughout training
- Promote effective patient care practices
- Facilitate client engagement strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in cognitive therapy
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Training facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated empathy and client-focused approach
- Ability to conduct assessment and evaluation
- Bilingual English/Spanish
