What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Assistant position at Impact Physical Therapy?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team at Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in Miami.
This is NOT your typical high-volume clinic.
At Impact, we pride ourselves on providing true one-on-one care, allowing our therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment without the pressure of juggling multiple patients at once.
If you're tired of treating 3–4 patients per hour and want to actually connect with your patients, think critically, and deliver meaningful care—this is the environment for you.
Why Join Us

- 30-minute focused sessions with appropriate time to treat
- Incentive bonus- up to $300 per month
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment (no “PT mill” culture)
- Opportunity to grow clinically and professionally
- Work in a clinic that prioritizes quality over volume
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
