Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations and drive performance at the facility.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 200 plant personnel across operations
• Directly supervise key leaders, including:
• Quality Manager
• Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager
• Production Managers
• Maintenance Manager
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to monitor, analyze, and improve plant operations
• Act as a coach, mentor, and performance driver, developing leadership and production teams
• Ensure a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in plant operations within the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in KPI management and data-driven decision making
• Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver measurable operational results
