Supply Chain Manager

Currently, our client is looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to their team.

Duties of the Supply Chain Manager:

Lead production planning activities by aligning customer demand, capacity, inventory, and operational priorities

Manage production scheduling to ensure support for on-time delivery, efficient machinery utilization, and inventory targets

Manage and develop supply chain department personnel

Resolve capacity constraints and material shortages

Ensure inventory and material levels are sufficient

Work with suppliers to maintain and improve performance

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of supply chain

Ensure on-time delivery to customers

Manage the budgets for all areas of supply chain

Work cross-functionally with production, management, and other departments within the company to ensure smooth effort with all supply chain areas

Requirements for the Supply Chain Manager:

Proven experience leading and improving production scheduling, inventory control, material planning for manufacturing

Experience using continuous improvement to enhance supply chain

Positive leadership and directional skills

Previous exposure to ERP or MRP systems
