What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at Prudential Overall Supply?
Requirements:
- We require 1 years of managerial or supervisory experience, in a production environment
- Qualified candidates should have previous experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines
- Production-line scheduling experience
- Staff scheduling experience
- Lean management experience utilizing computer controls
- Must be growth oriented and career minded
- Good communication skills are required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred.
