Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the ERP system for manufacturing activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and improve efficiency.
- Work with inventory, procurement, and production teams to align materials and resources.
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, materials, or production setups.
- Prepare and present daily and periodic reports on efficiency and performance.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM.
- 2 years in production planning or scheduling.
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
Salary : $80,000 - $88,000
